About

“To foster a more inclusive healing and wellness ecosystem — by increasing the visibility of underrepresented practitioners, expanding access in underserved communities, and promoting inclusive learning and practice.”

I walked into the yoga studio — and I was the only one. Now I’m a mother. And I refuse to let my son grow up feeling like the only other.

Our Story

Born from lived experience. Built for our communities.

Seen & Well was born from a shared refusal: the refusal to accept that healing spaces were never built for all of us — and the determination to build something different.

Three women came together across lived experience, ancestral practice, and decades of industry knowledge to create what they each, in different ways, had been searching for.

As the eldest Filipino daughter of immigrant parents, Maybelle Zante spent years searching for wellness spaces where she felt seen — and consistently not finding them. Donna Wojcik, a Hilot Binabaylan, carries ancestral Filipino healing traditions into every space she holds. Sharlean Windus brings 25 years of wellness industry expertise — and a conscious choice to use that access in service of equity.
